On our way to vacation, we pulled in with a flat boat trailer tire and within one hour, had a new set of better tires. I was so impressed watching how they moved cars in and out quickly; ALL workers were on their A-game buzzing around helping customers and working hard. I see many people complaining well let me tell you about how my experience went, I was trying to change my tire for almost an one hour after it blew on me! I got to discount tire and a employee was right there waiting for me I would say with a smile but well you know he had a mask because COVID, he took care of me he helped me, he even help me to get everything together and I was out! Yes there was people but let me tell you! If you have an emergency I would recommend them! I can’t talk about other discount tires because I just come to this one it was a great experience

I had some bald tires, and wheels that were outright terrible. Stock rims that were peeling and just uglying up an otherwise well kept vehicle. I went in and was promptly taken care of by Marco. He helped my to find both attractive, and affordable wheels and tires for my vehicle.I pushed the limits of what would fit my wheel well with my tire choice, and while it fit for others, it didn’t fit for me. The guys did a quick test fit, saw it would rub, and quickly helped me to find a tire that was equally functional, durable, and attractive with my vehicle and wheel combination. They were cheerful throughout the entire process, and happy to make me feel in control, even when things didn’t work out. These guys off the 75 and medical center are great, friendly, and knowledgeable, and have earned my future business.
