Din tai is a family favorite! You can’t go wrong with this restaurant! Covid started and they do fine in seating but of course it’s limited. They’re following guidelines. I got there at 6:15 and no lines + got my food within 5 minutes upon arrival!Eating food at a restaurant vs taking it back home to eat is just different. I feel like portions got smaller but it could just be me.. they added a new item on the menu called Kurobuta pork sticky rice wrap. Wanted to give it a try cause the photo looks great but I was kind of disappointed by the portion.I ordered:- beef noodle soup (delicious)- 2 pork XLB (always good)- bean sprouts (a must)- rice cakes (not yummy for a next day meal)- spicy wontons (if you don’t like spicy, and want to ease in, you can actually start with this! Its not too spicy)- kurobuta pork sticky rice ( expensive and not enough flavor for me. The rice overpowers)
