Our pipes broke and flooded our home during the recent storm/cold front. We asked around for flooring company recommendations and we’re given Design Superstore in Waco. We were very pleased with them and their customer service. Bryan was our salesman and was new to the company. He was very good to work with, always got back to us in a timely manner, and would get answers to our questions right away. We also enjoyed our installers for our wood floors. They were very polite and friendly and even lent a helping hand when needing help setting up one of the beds. Design Superstore has a huge selection of giant slabs of marble and granite that you get to hand select and know exactly what you’re getting. We had an amazing experience picking out our beautiful white quartzite countertops. And once they come and measure you get to go back where a tech lets you move around the digital template of your slab on their big screen TV. Talk about custom! And talk about service! These guys are the PROS. From the sales person to the install guys we were just blown away with their professionalism and attention to detail. They really took their time making the seam disappear and polishing to perfection. They also have A TON of tile options (way more than the box stores) that you check out/bring back for free..
