I never had a questionable experience with Ace until visiting this Ace Hardware. I’m used to the workers being knowledgeable. I needed electrical help and the man they sent me was not very convincing. I tend to want confidence when getting help dealing with electricity. Definitely did not get that here.

Why should I go here when I could just order from Amazon or others online shop just with a few key strokes. Because of people like Bob, while I was trying to figure out whether to get loctite, liquid nail or gorilla glue for my project. Bob came by without me asking, I was too busy trying to figure out which one is best, after a few minutes describing what I try to accomplish to bob, he unequivocally pointed to the one he feels is best and there i go.That’s it you could talk to an expert here and get the recommendation you looking for and back to your project in minutes and this is why I keep coming back to this place instead of one of those big box or the big A.
