I had such a great experience at vision works! I would recommend this business to anyone looking to improve their eyewear! The staff is absolutely amazing- Shelle, Lenny, and Diane answered all of my questions and were very informative and down to earth. Usually, I dread going to purchase a pair of glasses. I went there for my mom. My mom has Medicaid, I put Everything her information online. But when I went there to the store. They didn’t ask for her insurance or didn’t ask for anything change in her insurance. When we finally finished, her doctor then moved on to purchase her eyeglasses. Then They told me to show her insurance. When I showed them, then they told me they didn’t take Medicaid. If we know before we didn’t come to that store, now we have to pay out of our pocket for a check-up.
