I went there to get tested for Covid19 and was right on time but there was a long line already. waited while i was sick and did the test. they said i will get the results in 2 to 4 days on my minute clinic account the one they gave me. here it has been 9 days and i still have nothing. i call CVS they say it has nothing to do with them. they don’t know anything or give any info about results. i insisted for a contact number to learn about mt results but the lady said she doesn’t have the number and I had to insist more and gave me minute clinic’s number but it’s just recording nothing more. luckily i am not working and my husband can work from home so waiting home didn’t hurt us financially but there are lots of people and even one day makes a huge difference for them. so what they did/didn’t was a huge irresponsibility. And i don’t know how many more days i have to wait to get my results which doesn’t matter anymore.

I took my prescription here for the first time I don’t had my insurance card but I was told with my info they can try and see if they find it so I did provide the rep my info and was told in two hours it will be ready so I waited I go and pick up my medicine and I was told that I needed my insurance card I told the rep the last rep ask my info and say everything was ok 15 minutes later and two hours later I had to call my doctor and get the insurance number I did provide it to the next rep which he was really helpful and provide me the medicine please let the customers know your policies instead of saying something totally different to us
