Ally that works in the pharmacy is very unprofessional and was laughing in my face. They gave me the wrong prescription than what I actually needed and even though she made that mistake continously told me over and over again that she couldn’t help me since I picked up the prescription already. She did not even show me my prescription before I left, and I trusted them to give me the right one after I was in the ER for 6 hours in excruciating pain and considering I got that prescription there before I assumed there would be no issues. I asked for a manger and she told me they will not be in until Monday and even said she doesn’t think the situation will change with a manager involved. That is very unprofessional and a poor excuse of customer service on Ally’s part. I will also be calling in to make a complaint to corporate as well about her behavior. Who laughs in someone’s face who wants to get their pain medication correct? Awful. Just awful.

The staff and pharmacists are amazing. They always take great care of me and my family. Yes – you have to get out of your car and walk in the store – but definitely worth it. Highly recommend.
