Went to this location for a rapid COVID test scheduled online for 11:20 pm. This CVS is 25 minutes from me but the closest location doing rapid testing so I drove out after a work meeting. I arrived 10 minutes late, after my meeting ran late so I was relieved to see no other cars were there forever. They have the parking spots clearly marked so I parked in a designared parking spot and waited for a call as the signs indicated. 30 minutes and 2 mis-handled calls to customer support later another car has pulled up beside me, gotten fed up and walked inside the COVID testing pop up structure, though signs clearly say don’t. So they proceed to work with that man and when they finally come outside after he had to go inside himself, they saw me, told me to wait, and fve minutes later come over and tell me they have to see if other customers have arrived for their tests since I was so late. After telling the nurse that I have been here for 30 minutes and no one else was here until the last 10, with no empathy she looks me (black, female) up and down and says, We called you… we have to check for the other customers since you were late. I will never build a CVS COVID test into my plans again and definitely not at this CVS. To be clear, the COVID testing is separate from the store itself, this review is for COVID testing there.

Cashiers refused to work with me when I bought something, then realized there was a buy 2 get 1 free…I suddenly wanted to buy three instead of just one.They insisted on the at time of purchase only, which was literally 2 minutes before. They could have at least offered to return one and re-purchase 3 (problem solved) but no…. lame, such uncreative thinking, oh well, they just lost my business.

WOW! I am shocked by these reviews as this is my go-to CVS. I am here at least once a week, have been coming here for over 2 years and have NEVER had an issue. In fact, it has been the complete opposite as I LOVE this store.The employees are super fast, helpful and beyond friendly. Granted, I like to shop on my own and don’t really need assistance other than getting checked out but when they are processing my purchases they are always very warm, professional and never forget to apply my extra bucks and/ or coupons. Usually there is some small talk and everything is pleasant enough.This store is never out of the items I need, always clean, tidy and there is never a long line for check out. I really don’t agree with the negative reviews. I actually just came here from submitting online feedback for this CVS. All 10’s straight across the board from me!
