Only giving this a 1 because I can’t give it a zero. Pharmacy is extremely doesn’t seem to know what they’re doing, and every single staff member regardless of rank has been rude and dismissive of your concerns.I used cvs for 7 years in another city without issue. Moving here 3 days ago and switching to this dump has been nothing but one hurdles after another.

Drive through today has been by far the worst experience. It took 30 mins to drop off my prescription.. to top it off , they didn’t even acknowledge me once I pulled up to the window.. 5 mins later, a friendly lady greeted me..

Went to return a item this morning with receipt had nothing but a hassle and was lied to was told that it was part of their policy to not return this item even with receipt and the manager gave me a hard time left the store got in my car drove up the road to the other CVS on college boulevard returned with no problems no questions.now that I think about it almost every time I go to the CVS on frazee road there’s always an issue whether it’s with my account card CVS card pharmacy or whatever it is there’s always an issue and I usually take at least a week or two to get in touch with the doctor regarding any prescriptions big hassle at this CVS constantly
