Michelle Wong is a Pharmacist at CVS.If you have been prescribed controlled substances, Michelle Wong will scrutinize you and treat you like a drug addict. That’s right.. if you are in pain or other issues, she will take it upon herself to dig through your records and decide when SHE feels comfortable dispensing a prescription. In my case, I’ve dropped off my scripts a day or two in advance of running out. Sometimes I don’t even pick up until I’m out out or past the 30 days. In this case, I wanted to pick up a day early due to work. I was told yesterday I could pick up today instead of when I work instead of two days from now when I’ll be out. Still within CVS’ 2 day policy. I got a call from Michelle, who refused to give her last name, saying she’s reviewed my prescription history and refuses to fill any sooner than when I am completely out. Most people drop off scripts before they’re completely out. She failed to look at the actual pick up days.I went in to get my script from this snooty and judgmental Pharmacist to take my business elsewhere. I also kindly wanted her last name and state licence number which is to be clearly posted since she is a state regulated and licensed Pharmacist. She loudly, in front of customers, stated that I was told not to come to their pharmacy any more. I was never told such thing.Refusing to give her licensing information is unlawful. Not having her state license posted where she is practicing is unlawful. All CVS has is a picture with first and last name at the pharmacy.Per CVS, she can bypass their 2 day policy and and make her own clinical judgement if she wants to fill a script or not. She does act like a God.. she is a condescending individual.Shame on CVS for allowing such a medical professional to treat their customers like garbage and insinuate that their customers are drug addicts… and immaturely LIE and humiliate a customer in front of others, falsely saying I was asked not to come back. She will be reported to the Pharmacy Board.
