This is the absolute worst pharmacy I’ve EVER gone to. Nobody has any idea what they are doing. They short your pills and I call to ask why my prescription is skipped this month and nobody can figure it out and I’ve gotten 5 different stories as to why and now they’re saying it’s at a pharmacy in Encino, not even a cvs and I live in sylmar. This script has always been filled at cvs andthen they wantto be rude and yell at me.. Unbelievable at how inept they really are. I’m dumbfounded

With the amount of time the door lady spent telling me I can’t get one medication for my sick niece I could have been in the store and in line. It was 20 min till closing and the lady rudely did not want to let me come in to grab one of the medications I needed for my niece. The manager was no help she chose not to come to the door or help me out. In times like these we should want to be a helping hand. Not choose to be disrespectful or rude.
