Horrible horrible customer service, lazy, unprofessional & childish staff. They are so rude lack knowledge and/or diligence. I’ve gone to this location several times and the same experience every time it’s really ridiculous and unacceptable. The black older lady in the mornings is just terrible and I mean TERRIBLE & provoking and the white lady in the evenings with the horrible make up… just horrible appearance and a horrible attitude. Corporate really needs to get this location together because there isn’t any professionalism with the store clerks.Dear UPS,Please stop using this location pick/drop off. This location is extremely unorganized and they have boxes sitting everywhere including outside of the counter/register where stragglers could easily walk out with packages. The store clerks often give the run around when trying to pick up your package due to unwillingness AND being UNORGANIZED. This is an ongoing issue at this location…and it’s extremely frustrating
