A repetitive problem; no results!!I receive text messages and phone calls referencing prescriptions are ready to be picked up for another person at a CVS in a completely different part of the city. Called the specific pharmacy and was told to select stop texts. That stops texts from the CVS I use. Disabled, I do use the notifications as needed to make arrangements for pickup. This has become a common problem. Specific store acted as though they could care less, wanted me to contact the customer to correct the problem on their account. WHAT? I then make repeated calls to CVS customer service according to text message. Was told they would stop the texts but not the phone calls. Told them “No, that stops texts to me from my store.” One such rep told me “they could send the prescriptions out to you, I already confirmed the mailing address associated with your phone number. Do you want me to dye that?” How convenient…send someone else’s scripts to me at their costs. I escalated higher. Made suggestion to call their store and have them pull prescription for their customer. Was told they cannot do that. WOW! Final results the same. CVS does not take care of their customers. I feel sorry for the customer that repeatedly does know when their scripts are ready. I will continue to receive texts and calls ref prescriptions ready for pick up for another customer who is not receiving notifications. Store will not tell me the customers name or pull the prescription from their little basket to make note for correction. And, I will continue to investigate if it is my script or not.
