Denied me access to the store due to my health condition.

Came in this morning after working all night and meds still not ready.

Will set here and wait for it takes another 15 minutes.

Worst pharmacy in Texarkana and the worst I’ve ever used. Forget calling them because they won’t answer the phone. Drive-thru is the slowest I have ever seen. Pharmacy techs are poorly trained and poorly educated. Do yourself a favor and move your prescriptions somewhere else.

My prescription was called in at 2:00pm, I came to pick it up at 4:30 and they said it’ll be another 40 minutes so basically it still hadn’t been made. So I come back again after 40 minutes to get my medicine and they still ain’t got it made. Waited in line 3 different times. People here just ain’t doin their job.

My doctor faxed script in. I show up 4.5 hours later to ask if it has been filled. Script still sitting on fax, never filled. This happened twice in the last few weeks. My insurance makes me use CVS. Otherwise I would not waste my time.
