I have used this pharmacy for almost 3 years but it has been impossible getting my prescriptions filled on time lately. I have been repeatedly lied to about the reasons I can’t pick up two of my prescriptions in one trip even though they were prescribed the SAME DAY. They actually tried 3 different lies, during the same monthly drive through.hostage negotiation for MY MEDICATION. I mean they could have sent me on another lap between lies but it’s like they expect us to be dumb enough to believe the first lie, and if questioned have backup lie #2 and 3 scripted out. WHY would you expect someone to pick a prescription up at closing time, only to tell them they have to come next morning to get the other? Probably so they look too busy to answer if you have called and stayed on hold for hours.

Got scammed more then 2 times,and one employee was really rude and took everything out his name is nurhusein was really mean and was just talking and following people in the store and didn’t accept the coupon and scammed us and tried to send the police at us just for telling him the coupon we wanted to use

First of all this CVS location is SLOW in its entirety. They do not reach out to you regarding your prescription, basically what happened was that my daughter’s prescription was not covered by her medicaid, my daughters appointment was at pm I called CVS around 9 to give them plenty of time to fill up the prescription. I called them to only hear that her medicine was not covered. They offered a coupon, I asked how much it was she said it was about $220 but with a coupon only $80. They are the complete WORSE. Then after I get off the phone with them I get the automatic text saying that her prescription was not covered when they had the whole day to text me this. They are BEYOND the worst. Then some Asian lady that works there tried to ask my husband out on a date. WOW. You guys are not professional, very slow, even tried to charge me for my prenatal pills knowing i have Insurance. I would give 0 starts to this place if that was an option!
