COVID VACCINE REVIEW/WALKTHROUGHReview: Good experience overall. Relatively quick (20 minutes) on a 10:15AM first dosage appointment.Walkthrough: Here’s how it goes down. Decently sized parking lot, enter main entry. I was sent a text to confirm my arrival, I clicked the link to do so (unsure if it did anything). Follow the arrows on the floor (down the middle aisles en route to the pharmacy) for the vaccine. There are a bunch of QR codes (the square bar codes) posted on papers and hanging all around—this is an online check in where you just verify the information you filled out when scheduling the appointment.HOW TO USE QR CODES: open up the camera app on your smart phone, point it at the QR code (so that it fills most of the screen), and a link will pop up on your phone directing you to a website. Click the link and you’re on the form. Take a minute to fill it out or else you’ll have to speak with the clerk for two minutes and will hold up the line.STAND SIX FEET APART AND BE WEARING TWO MASKS—Yes, you should still double mask. Preferably a disposable (the blue or black ones) on bottom and a cloth one (your fancier ones) on top. Make sure it covers your nose. It wasn’t too busy when I went, but most people were single-masked and standing…making anywhere from 3-6 feet apart. The guides on the floor aren’t particularly great, but we’re a year into this, try to utilize common sense. The older men in particular struggle with this, so be aware. You get to the front of the line and the clerk will call you. You hand them your ID (Driver’s License…or passport I guess) and they fill out a little card with some information. Will take 20 seconds. You will then be REDIRECTED INTO THE SECOND LINE—this line will either be 3 people long and run perpendicular to the first line, intersecting at the clerk, OR IT WILL BE UP TO THE PEOPLE (ugh) TO FORM A SECOND LINE RUNNING PARALLEL TO THE FIRST LINE VIA THE ADJACENT AISLE. AKA, Aisle 5 is the line to the clerk, and Aisle 4 will be the line to get the shot. You wait in the second line—there were TWO (2) people administering the shots at the top of aisles 3 and 1. You’re called up, sit down in a chair, select which arm you want to have the shot in, answer a couple quick questions and confirm the usual information for a minute or two. They give you the shot—takes one second, you don’t even feel it—and then send you down aisle 2 where there’s a bunch of chairs spread out for you to wait 15 minutes to make sure you don’t have any weird reaction. But nothing is stopping you from leaving and waiting outside or in your car.The staff were very polite and proper. After you sit, you’ll hand over your card the clerk gave you, they’ll fill it out some more and tell you when your second appointment will be for the next shot.Easy peasy lemon squeezy.

Called in to try and straighten out a payment issue (credit card not taking)… Is this it happened twice in the past. Each of those times the clerk was able to Work out the issue, and I was able to get the prescriptions delivered without any further problem. Today I call, and a lady couldn’t get me off the phone fast enough, push me to some 800 number. Total lack of respect. Blatant lying.*** 05/10/21Their app is not working, can’t process orders, or payments. Tried to call the store, gave up after two calls, second one being over 10 minute wait time. As always, service is less than satisfactory.Obviously, no reason to change the rating from a one.

Store has two male managers that are surprisingly unprofessional and liars. It is unfortunate that I must write this review… Say no to drugs!
