Trusted my two vintage Hollywood Regency club chairs and I am HIGHLY disappointed. He first tried to give them to me with threads hanging out everywhere. The zipper was a different color than the fabric. Fabric glue still left on it. Dusty and dirty. Worn spots on the velvet that is supposed to be high quality. The sad thing is he had NO problem charging me full price. Even coming back it looks like an first year upholsterer did the work. Part of the seem was coming apart and he goes in and does a hand stitch that looks terrible! Save your money and your peace of mind!!!!

The zipper on our canvas door to our travel trailer broke while in Big Bend National Park. I called Custom Crafted Upholstery and described the job of needing the zipper replaced. We were particular about the zipper pulls, so we ordered them to his shop so that he would have the right ones. We traveled 150 miles to bring our door and they had us back on the toad by the end of the day! Very courteous and great workmanship.
