Absolutely amazing experience from start to finish with Crown Nine, Kate and her entire team.I purchased an engagement ring for my fiancee and Kate was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process, from selection, sizing, ordering & pickup. She provided super helpful videos to show us various options and helped coach me through every step to arrive at a perfect ring.The finished product was so wonderful, we decided to purchase our wedding bands there as well. I couldn’t possibly recommend Crown Nine more highly. Kate and her team are not only creative geniuses, but they are so kind, understanding, and helpful. My journey with them started last year when my then-boyfriend and I went to look at possible engagement rings, and having an appointment just for us and Kate to discuss the options felt intimate and special. Being quite clumsy, I of course knocked the stone loose from its setting almost as soon as I got my beautiful engagement ring, and the Crown Nine team fixed it very quickly, and cleaned it too. When it came time for my fiance and I to choose our wedding bands, of course there was only one place we’d go! We had a virtual appointment to discuss what we were interested in, and customized a couple of the options offered in Crown Nine’s Vow collection. Kate was so attentive and thorough, which made picking the rings so much easier, even in these weird times. My husband and I married in a tiny ceremony earlier in November and are obsessed with our beautiful rings; I plan to go to Crown Nine for all my jewelry needs. I just received my gorgeous custom wedding ring stack that I worked with Kate Ellen on, using my grandmother’s old pendant. She’s a true artisan, the work is stunning! Since this is during COVID, she consulted with me first on the phone and email, then she created a super helpful private video showing me the options. She was so kind and helpful through the whole process. I absolutely adore my sparkly new rings and renewed lease on life for my grandmother’s diamond! So so happy to have found Crown Nine!
