Amazing selection, and the staff was super friendly and helpful!

Don’t expect a lot of sales charging retail prices at an outlet mall.

I have always loved this Crocs store and I tend to buy multiple items each visit, but today was my last visit to this store.I have a valid medical exemption with a doctor’s notice stating that I cannot wear a mask. I carry this in my purse. Normally, I do not have any issues with stores being considerate of my inability to wear one. This afternoon, after we drove an hour to shop there, I was told that I would have to shop online (where I cannot physically see the items & try them on) . The woman was so loud & made a huge scene, even though I quietly tried to explain my situation. She made it so that everyone in the store stopped to stare at us. I was so humiliated that I turned & walked out.I have shopped at this exact same store without a mask on our previous trips to San Marcos without any issues. I go during the week, so that I am not going during peak shopping weekend days, etc.I have submitted a discrimination complaint with the DOJ under the Americans with Disabilities Act.
