This past Friday evening we were shopping at the Crate & Barrel Outlet store in Carlsbad. We were checking out the selection of dining chairs in the store and we had a great experience. We were helped on the sales floor by a young man named Elliott. Elliott was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. He answered all of our questions, checked the back room stock for additional chairs and then wrapped and helped load our chairs into our car for us. The staff at this location have all been very helpful and friendly and they make our shopping experience a lot of fun. We have made several purchases big and small over the past year and a half. We highly recommend the quality furnishings you will find here. Management of this store, please acknowledge Elliott for his above and beyond service.

It was good. They have furniture that has a few bumps and scratches which would still be good to buy, especially the couches they had. Other knick knacks that are nice to have too for kitchen, decorations, plants etc.
