I went to the kiosk knowing what to buy and ready to make a purchase. I wanted the iPhone 11 pro in a certain color which they did not have in stock, which I asked to order through them. The girl that helped me kept telling me she was new, which is understandable, but when she messes up 3 times I really started to lose my patience. It was not because it took a long time but that these issues could have been prevented if she didnt try to rush through it. She put the new phone to my sisters number (which I caught not her), ordered the wrong model which was more expensive, and then messed with my current phone’s sim card so I had to go back to get it fixed after I tried to leave when I thought it was all over. It was a total mess. Every time I try to get a new phone theres always an issue. It was not even busy there but I wish the other guy who looked like he had more experience should have jumped in if I had 3 issues. Now I have a 4th issue. I never got my tracking info emailed to me and I still dont have my phone.

Very close to my work, this is my neighborhood Costco. I usually pop by for groceries on the way home, or I simply stop over for a quick hotdog or chicken bake. I need to make an effort to use the gas more.
