I discovered that my rear tires on a 2008 prius were severely cupping and having a tread wear issue. Went to Costco believing that it was a tire warranty issue. Was I wrong. The technician stated since they did not perform nor did I prove that the tires were being rotated at regular intervals, the tires were not under warranty. Must clarify that it was the rear tires. I said fine (did not feel like arguing) just replace them. It took over three hours for them to replace two tires. Horrible customer service and warranty coverage. Once these tire are worn out, I will be going else where. I did some price checking during my three hour wait, and found the same tires for less at other locations with better reviews.
