I periodically come here and I can say that I’m always disappointed. The place generally seems to be in disarray, many times with unstocked shelves. The last time I stood in a line of 8 customers while there was a single person at checkout.

I really hate leaving bad reviews, but I ordered a set of 2 chairs online and both had defects. As I was assembling them I discovered one had a leg an inch shorter than all the others, and the other was entirely missing a hole needed for a bolt. A week after enquiring, I was told there were no replacement parts, but they’d give me a discount to keep the imperfect products. I appreciated the discount, and customer service was kind, but I was pretty bummed about the quality of manufacturing. I ended up with a couple decent chairs once I made the fixes on my own, but I would unfortunately not recommend buying furniture here, especially for the price.
