I went in today to buy a poster mailing tube; only one person in line; office employee asked if I needed a bigger version than what was in the rack (I hadn’t even asked but must have been obvious I was considering whether the size was right.) also gave me an estimate for shipping costs. excellent customer service! my experience today is what I’ve always found when using this PO–staff has always been pleasant.

Absolute worst post office in the San Diego area. I will purposely go out of my way to not use this Post Office, which is just a few blocks away. Service is terrible. Almost every employee is unhelpful, rude, and lie about services. If this was a non-government business, it would be gutted. Extremely disappointed and pray they change this locations terrible and unethical service.

Absolute worst! Mail carrier is lazy, nasty, my mail somehow ended up in a corner at the post office-mail I had been looking for for two weeks and they insisted they didn’t have it; supervisor and manager do nothing about it. I have had issues with the postal carrier for almost a year and finally ended up getting a box at a non USPS location so I don’t have to deal with the almost weekly issues with just trying to get my mail. I came to learn I’m not the only resident that has had problems with the mail carrier. She has a reputation as being difficult and an instigator, but the managers will do nothing about her.
