I have many fond memories tied to this place , been going there since 2005 .Staff is very friendly and they have an excellent selection of sandwiches and deserts .I picked up a chai latte which is very unique and tastes so much like the chai from back home( India ).

I called my order in for curbside. When i arrived for pickup, i received a call they were out of pancakes. So i ordered other food. 25 minutes later, i called and the manager tells me they don’t have any order for me. When i said Lauren had called me, he said she must have forgotten and she has gone home. Never again. He was arrogant

This place is a joke!! I’ve given the employees customer service several chances the food is delicious but service SUCKS!!! Having a 30 min lunch always have called 1 hr before to have it ready when I get there 3 times they have gotten incorrect the manager argued with me saying that it was correct o shows my previous receipt to show I ordered the same pasta and showed the picture them stated that it was given to me wrong then today was the topper to call in 1hr before to have to wait in line for 15 min then when it my turn to tell me the sandwich I order they didn’t have it.. horrible horrible customer service
