Special thanks to Ian, Jun and lance! I put an inquiry in online and heard back right away from lance. He was willing to negotiate with me on a price to trade my bike it. Ian showed me each bike I was looking at took the time to explain each bikes pros and cons. No pressure on me at all to pick even though it was close to closing time. Jun was awesome with finance didn’t try to pressure me with any warranties or insurances. I didn’t get to take my bike home that day. I originally asked for them to deliver it on a Wednesday but then called back later and asked them to deliver it on Tuesday and they made with happen! Overall it was a great experience. I appreciate the effort and will be doing future business with you!

From day one of my first visit Rob was super helpful in answering my questions, and without any pressure. My first visit was casual and was not ready to buy as I was still deciding, Rob still spent a lot of time with me showing the bike I was interested in and answered all my questions. After leaving, I called and emailed Rob everyday for a week with questions, he was patient and responded on every instance. Upon my return two week later he helped me with my final decision on the Kawasaki Vulcan S ABS and made the negotiating process go with ease. I have to say the entire experience was awesome! Rob was so patient with me even though it seemed I wasnt going to make a purchase, he stuck with me since day one on my first visit. Phenomenal customer service! Thanks Rob and Team. Tim at the parts department was also great. He was so patient with me while I tried on just about every helmet on their shelf while talking me through each one. When he had to step away to attend to other business he would immediately come back to attend to my questions. When I finally decided on the right helmet for me, he even went the extent of polishing it all up! Amazing! All in all, Contra Costa Motorsports is the best! Thanks for all your help in getting me back on a bike! DG
