Drove up with a bad tire, placed an order, 5 days later I called the tire store to follow up because I had not heard from them and they never ordered the tire. Receptionist suggested I drive to Riverhead (my tire is flat and my car is not drivable) instead of just ordering a tire for me. I guess they don’t like to follow through on orders. Went back to my local mechanic and he has no problem ordering the tire, and my car will be fixed pronto. My mistake for going to a tire store.

I paid a little over $1k this summer for new rotors and brake pads. Also had an issue with shaking steering wheel. The shaking issue was no better when I got the car back, and I brought it to another shop. Turns out these guys changed 2 rear rotors and did NOT change the brake pads…slimy characters at Consumers!
