I had purchase a web cam and ended up returning due to the quality. They said that they’ve been having a hard time getting them in but offered to call me when they could get better ones. I picked up my new one the other day and it works great! I appreciated them for offering to help me find one that was better quality – Great customer service!

I love this place. Super knowledgable and friendly. They replaced my battery a few years ago, and now they saved my computer too when I thought she was finally gone. Apple told me I could drive 74 miles to have it serviced because it was an obsolete product when it was a minor issue that Nelson serviced in a day. Highly recommend. Thanks again 🙂
