Do not buy from them they will sell you damaged used computers under “Refurbished”. I tried taking the computer in for a warranty repair only to be told I need to pay out of pocket for the service. Please save your money and but from a reputable merchant not these scammers. One more thing the prices on these machines are way above what they’re selling for on the market. If you’re in the business of getting ripped of then by all means go ahead if not then stay away from Computer Annex USA. There’s nothing American about this business.
