I am Columbia Factory member for years. Recently got into the store on Sat to look for lighting for my bike. One of the rep passing by and asked if I need help. I have already researched on Columbia Factory web site and discovered the price tag on the same product is higher, so I asked him if they will sell the product for the online price. The rep kindly looked up the product from his handheld device and confirmed the online price is right. He assisted me all the way to the Bike area cashier and completed my purchase. It is a great experience.
