No stars at all!I’m tired of the employees being rude and disrespectful. I came to do a return with my receipt. The first thing Ramona asked if I have a voucher to come in to the store. She was nagging and nagging about needing to have a voucher. It had nothing to do with my return. Ramona was disrespectful and I felt discriminated. I asked for my items and walked out of store. I couldn’t stand another minute hearing her nagging. I never heard that before and I even explain that to her.Ramona continue to be disconnected about the main reason I drove to her store. I called few minutes later to the store Ramona answered the phone and I asked to be transferred to the manager, Ramona laughed and said sure. Finally the general manager answered and said that’s the policy and she apologized for the experience but Ramona was doing her job. (I guess customer service is not her job). I mentioned the general manager I drove over 20 minutes to return the items and not to get an attitude for her employees. I asked the GM to provide me with the contact information of her boss and she gave me the wrong email address of her boss. I had to contact other store and even the website to get the right information. How can a GM be that dishonest and lack of integrity? I can see where the lack of customer service is contacting from. I am tired of this store being disrespectful and I hope the district manager contact me and resolve this issue. I am not going back to that store at all. Amazon or online shopping is way better than coming to this location.

Yes, they have a good assortment of products. But this is the second time I’ve given them a chance. On both accounts I needed hiking boots, and on both visits to the store I had terrible customer service. It is mostly because they have one person working in women’s shoes and more than 5 customers at a time. After driving all the way out there today, it will be my last visit. Both times I left without shoes, not because I wasn’t interested, but I couldn’t get help from the staff. Something for management to seriously address.
