At first it was a lovely afternoon spent there with my girls and husband, the young man was very polite and helpful. However when I asked how long until we got our things back, his response was a a week or two.I waited a week and half and the person on the phone couldn’t find our order. I decided to give it the 2 weeks but since then no one answers the phone. I’ve tried sending a message through the website because the voicemail is full. No one has reached out to me and it has been over 2 months. This is absurd. I’ve wasted so much time and energy trying to get a hold of them to pick up our items. Not the best customer service.I had planned on having my daughters birthday here but not after this. I hope they call me back or refund my money at this point.

Fun place for family time. The prices were perfect for what you get out of it. The worker there was very informative and precise with how things run there. My son had a great time and my wife also enjoyed herself to the point where she wants to go alone next time… Worth the time to check it out of you can.

Fun and relaxing. Prices still ok. Needs to be cleaned up a bit though and cushions added to the other seats there. Otherwise it’s fun.
