Didn’t have waffle cone pieces and none my toppings were mixed. There were chunks of cookie dough I had to break myself. The guy who assisted me was just not present.

Visited this location Sunday night with my daughter. Waited for 10 minutes to be acknowledge by the girls working that night. Finally one of them asked us for our order. Anyway 3 out of 4 ice creams we got were poorly mixed and not exactly the right portion, too low in the containers and melted by the time she was done with our order. Very disappointed with the customer service and quality of our ice cream.

Service is always prompt even when they have a full house. This place has a nice feel to it. They have a lot of positive reviews for a reason.
