Will never go to this establishment again. The Manager, a petite young woman was rude and unfriendly. The Staff needs more training in customer service and hospitality, particularly the Manager. As I place an order with family of 5, I was close to the counter with a mask on when the petite young woman rudely ask me to step back as if I was going get her sick. When I ask her why she was being so rude she simply replied I’m making ice cream, take it easy. Now that was very unprofessional!

Love Cold Stone’s and visit this location often, but this location is poorly managed by the owners. Always understaffed and the Creations are never made correctly. Recently ordered two triple-pints to-go and they weren’t even filled completely. Previous times I have asked and paid for extra toppings and only to realize they haven’t put them in it or only put normal amount. Extremely disappointed.Also, feel bad for the young kids that work there at night, they are always short on staff and never able to get to all the customers on proper time.
