Excellent customer service!Called the Arcadia shop looking for 3 specific Coach bags from their website that were sold out online.Tony found all 3 bags at different Coach locations throughout the USA.He messaged me the style #, phone #, and location of each bag.He also informed me Coach takes phone orders!Absolutely elated to have such wonderful & friendly customer service.

If I can give ZERO star, i 1000% love to give. I went to store to get Exchange for one pair of shoes I bought from online. The employee told me I have to pay new price for exchange. I asked why and she said I can do you a favor to get you the Exchange the shoes. After I walked out the store and found out she charged me a Tax for Exchange. I went it back and she said I did not pay the tax when I ordered online. She even did not check with me and her manager and charged me the tax. She said because the State I ordered does not need to pay the Tax, she even does know which State I ordered from. She kept pushing to accept the charge for the tax and pay the new price for the shoes because she said their system does not allow her to exchange only return and buy it again with new price. I was not happy and called Customer Service. Customer Service said they never heard about customer needs to pay the tax and new rate in order to get exchange. She kept saying their system does not allow to change and she did me a Big Favor to get exchange. Customer Service said it is impossible the system will ask for it. The Customer Service also said I have already paid the Tax when I ordered online and I do not need to pay the new rate and extra Tax to get exchange, she needs to have her manager to help her to resolve this issue. I was waiting for over 1 hour to resolve the problem that should not happen. Just because she said I did not pay the TAX and I need to pay the new price for the exchange. She has never apologized to me. Finally her Store Manager Tony helped to resolve the issue.

Extremely friendly service, who even went out of her way to give us recommendations for great places to eat in the area. Great selection of goods as well, and fairly convenient to get to. Definitely recommend this branch of Coach! Ask for Natalie if you need help, she’s very kind.
