I absolutely WOULD NOT recommend them! On August 12th I dropped off 2 pairs of boots to have the bottom of the heel replaced. The woman (and I’m guessing she is the owner) said they would be ready in a couple weeks. When I did not hear from her, three weeks later, I called. The voice-mail was full and I could not leave a message. I decided to drive to the store to inquire about my boots. When I arrived, I was shocked to find that she had not even started working on them. She said to come by the next day and she would have them done. The next day after work, I drove out to Clinton again. Low and behold, they STILL were not done! She proceeded to tell me she would get them done and come back the next day. No way!!! I demanded my boots back. She said she was so sorry. My response was, Not as sorry as you’ll be after I write a review and let people know what kind of business you run.

A couple of years ago I had an index finger partially amputated. So I need to have my gloves altered. Over the years they have done that alteration 6 or 7 times. I just had them do 6 gloves… for the recent effort I would give them Zero Stars if that was possible! I could have done the same thing, maybe better with scissors and a stapler!!!
