I rate it one star because it doesn’t allow me to rate zero star.. Felipe Alvarado owner of Claudia’s Carpet did a horrible job installing my carpet. I told him how dissapointed I was with his work and told him I needed him to return and do it right. He never kept his word and never showed up. I sent him videos of how bad the carpet was installed. He seemed to have gotten offended. I told him to be a man and keep his word and fix it. Not once did he bother returning my calls.I will now have to waste my time and take him to small claims court because of his lack of professionalism and a horrible carpet installation.Save your time and money and NEVER!!! DO BUSINESS WITH HIM.

I had a very unpleasant experience with them, they came they did the free estimate I gave them the deposit$700, but when I found out that they were charging me $400 more I went to their business and wanted my money back one of the managers name Felipe gave me attitude and told me that he was going to give me back $50 less because he supposably already had ordered the carpet. Now if he did order it or not I don’t know but overall it was very unpleasant experience I will never do business with them again.
