Everyone was friendly and accommodating! Best car buying experience ever. Lauren was the sales lady. Very knowledgeable and attentive. I will continue to drive Toyota vehicles just to be able to buy at Classic Two thumbs way up to the whole team Cosme was the financial person. Great personality and very helpful. No high pressure Patrick helped my transfer my thing to my new car and I left with a full tank of gas. Bravo Classic. You are Classy

I took my Toyota Corolla to the dealership for a diagnostic as it was shaking while I was driving. The dealership found that I needed a new suspension and a new tire. My existing warrantee was able to cover the suspension, so that was great! However, as I was going to pick it up, we received a call from the dealership that it was hit by one of its employees and therefore had to remain at the dealership while they fixed the damages. See photo for reference. This is the vehicle I use as my primary mode of transportation with my toddler, so I was upset this happened. My vehicle had never been in a collision prior to this. The dealership staff told me what happened and what needed to be done to repair the damages. However, I never personally received an apology from any of their staff for hitting my car. It was as if it was a given this happened, so we are going to do this to repair it, without thinking of the inconvenience that it caused me. I went two weeks without my car and had to find a babysitter to watch my kid early in the morning while I went to pick it up when it was ready. An apology where merited goes a long way in customer relations and that is something I did not receive from the dealership*I’m giving starts because they fixed my car (which was their responsibility), but in terms of customer experience satisfaction, I would not give any.

Salesman Kaelin and Blake in finance were great, informative and prompt. I appreciate their work ethic.Finance (Leo) was indirect, offered me one interest rate (Toyota’s bank) and said he would get back to me with the remaining rates as they roll in and would call me back once they came in.He never called me back so i called back 4 hours later to be told 2 other parties were looking at the 4runner I had just wrecked my credit with hard inquiries for (9). When I asked to speak to a manager regarding the lack of communication and the potential sale of the vehicle I had a pending deal on – the Sales Director, Kyle told me I either take the one finance offer or leave it and the other parties have waited 45min for me to make a decision when in reality, I had been waiting on their call all day. I finally took the high interest rate to lock the vehicle in and figured I’d refinance later. When I told Kyle I’d take it (sight unseen and decision based solely on photos of the truck) he then gave me attitude when I asked about him sending more detailed photos of the damaged areas. The whole process was rushed and sketchy. He made me feel like I was a burden to him trying to purchase the vehicle. He also made the minor scuffs and headlight seem way worse than they were almost as though he wanted me to fold on the deal so he could take a better one in store that didnt require delivery.Next day: New finance guy Blake hears me out on my terrible experience and if weren’t for Blake and Kaelin, this review would be a 1 star. He informed me of all the other interest rates and actually took the time to listen to what my goal was with finance and was able to meet the interest rate I was seeking and even sold a Premium Warranty to me. He also had a few parts repaired on the vehicle before having it delivered to me 2 hours away. Thank you Blake, thank you Kaileon – Kyle can SMD.–Response to GM: I totally understand that you guys held your end of the deal at the end of it all however, the lact of communication, the rushed impulsive *buy it now, somebody is waiting* attitude is what was frustrating. You guys did do a better interest rate than the first one after I spoke with finance the 2nd time so the first rate being the best isnt entirely true. I know for a fact Kyle was trying to get me to fold so you guys could take the better offer – he even told me its a bird in the hand is better than 2 in the bush situation and the other lady was a bird in the hand. I do appreciate you guys finishing our deal, as it is the ethical thing to do – but the the experience isnt changed by you guys doing what you’re supposed to do – thats just good business. Its changed by you not following through with your commitment to communicate with me when you said you would (Leo) then telling me my one offer is a take it or leave it offer when in reality, it wasnt the best offer. I got a better offer the next day from the same bank after negotiation. All good man, you got your sale. I got my 4R. Im happy in the end but other buyers wanting to purchase remotely should likely just take the trip out to Tyler to deal in person.-If you’re closer to the DFW Metroplex I highly recommend Family Toyota of Arlington.
