I came to this location to bring my 5 year old daughter. As we entered the young lady or hostess tells me they are at capacity and can not allow us in since there is also now a large party will start. My daughter was pretty upset and as we were leaving they let other people enter in the building. A way larger group than just me and my daughter. If you’re at capacity and you are letting even people in for a party how is it that reasonable or fair? My daughter was upset she has never been to Chuck Chuck cheeses and im sad to say we will not be visiting this location ever again. That was so unprofessional and it made my daughter feel excluded.

They really upgraded their menu the food was terrific! The children had so much fun the unlimited play is a great idea. I enjoyed myself and I’m in adults we went for my grandson 2nd birthday and I have to say for what it cost it is so worth it. I would take my family there for a birthday party every time if I could afford it. Chucky came out while we sing Happy Birthday and that was fun to the pictures were fantastic the colors are great the staff is so nice and friendly. All around I’d have to say I give this an 11 out of 10.
