The employees will ignore you. There will be three right in front of you and not a single one will acknowledge that you are there.I’ve had to complained the last three times I was there because they didn’t make my order on time or gave me someone else’s order which would be wrong.Chipotle has seriously gone down immensely in customer service, most likely because they want to pay people nickels and dime but regardless of that.. this place is the worst.If you want an accurate, on time order, don’t come here.

Great food – but management is dropping the ball on staffing. This location is extremely understaffed and the line was way too long. They need to hire more people, like, yesterday. And if you can’t find enough people, maybe raise your wages? This isn’t the employees’ fault – everyone was working hard and as fast as they could. Management needs to solve this – it’s ridiculous to wait in line for >30 minutes for fast food.

If time matters to you at all, avoid this place like the plague! The pase of work by staff is on-purpose slow, and they don’t care… Be ready to stand in line for 45 min at least… Oh and you did a mobile order? They priorities walk in…. Ha… What a waste of a full lunch hour
