The guy was very rude and seemed like he was angry and didn’t pretend to care that he was operating a business. He didn’t understand my problem with my cell phone and basically told me he had no idea what I talking about in the rudest means possible, I had plan to go back but decided never to do business with them and will not recommend their services.

I stopped by the Gadsden Mall booth & NO ONE WAS THERE. tried calling multiple times & the voicemail message said no one could take my call. so I’m going to another business to get my phone repaired.UPDATE: got a response & they claim to have changed their hours on multiple sites, and it doesn’t appear correct on any of them, and they also claim that the mall has a sign to put up when no one is there, didn’t see it at all.
