Didn’t know anyone here, I emailed an inquiry out of the blue looking for a snowblower for my E130. Steve responded promptly, got what I needed ordered and delivered in a timely manner! I unfortunately don’t recall the delivery tech’s name, but he showed up on a brutal cold afternoon and got my unit expertly installed and operating. Outstanding service.
