I live by this location and was running low on funds. I’ve never been to these places so I called and ask the girl who answered the phone what I needed to bring. Her name was either robin or Ramona. She was really rude and acted like I was really inconveniencing her. It’s not right to be treated this way! I’ll never do business with this company!

The cash store has terrible customer service.. They make you jump threw unnecessary hoops for a loan. They make up different criteria for a loan based off each person. Cash Advance and shamrock finance are better options with a better interest rate. Both companies offered to help when the cash store would not. Every time I try to use them they come up with an excuse not to do a loan. Im starting to think it has to do with my appearance and not my qualifications.
