True, they are polite but this place will charge you for services not performed. We took our vehicle in. No one could figure out why it wouldn’t start. We were charged for a diagnostic. Note: Can’t perform a diagnostic if the vehicle cannot start. We were satisfied until a secretary called back and said we were stuck with extra charges; for services not done. Who the heck spends over two hours looking at a vehicle when they know they can’t start it. 15 min does not add up to two hours.Go over your invoices people, look it over carefully. It may have happened to you and you just didn’t notice because they’re so polite.
