I contacted the customer service center to pay my account. I was told that there would be a $9 fee to pay my bill. All the stores are closed so it is not possible to pay in the store, and the wedsite does not take debt cards. I will be forced to pay a $9 fee to process my payment or not pay it and take a hit to my credit. I like the clothes but I will nor be using the card again. I should not have to pay to pay my bill, especially if the stores are closed.

I love Carter’s!! There clothes are so cute and stylish. There affordable, so your not killing your pockets. I’ve been buying Carter’s clothes since 2014 when I was pregnant with my first daughter. The clothes are 100% cotton and they don’t shrink. I have clothes from 2015 that look brand new. I recommend this place 100%!
