I brought my car in for detailing. They did a nice job though there were a few little things that were missed. I brought the car back and the guy I spoke to was apologetic and was glad I brought the car back. Right away he got someone to take care of the issues. I must admit, I’m really particular so most people wouldn’t pick up on what I saw. But no one made me feel like I was a PITA for bringing it back, quite the contrary. So I highly recommend.
