Although it was born from a collective of out-of-work baristas due to Covid, Caps & Drip is not a plan B. It was founded by passionate baristas who love and respect the craft. The shop is small, cozy, and riddled with lovely plants. It focuses primarily on foundational, coffee-centered drinks, hence the name. Although the menu is small, it is focused and crafted, with much care put into the beans selected, the dial of the espresso, the extraction of the drip, and the texture of milk. A simple and no frills shop to satisfy both casuals and connoisseurs alike.
