Just opened a new 360 checking account with them alot better and friendlier then the bank I left People’s United Bank because they treated me like a criminal instead of the person who frauduantly put checks in my account. And after finally getting the money I was owed from them Monday they ask me if I want to open a credit card with them are you kidding no. But glad I’m with Capital One Bank so much better and nicer then my old bank.

A new business account has a limit of $5,000 for cell phone deposits. That is an absurd limit for a business account. The local staff members are pleasant and responsive, but the Bank’s policies are half-baked and user hostile.

The staff at this branch is one of the best that I have ever had to deal with. Very personal and friendly. From Matt the manger to Abby and Michael the tellers, you could not ask for the nicest of people. Even Reggie on the floor. Always welcome by your name. I would not go to any other branch.
