Go here! They are amazing! We broke a spring on our trailer and limped to their parking lot. They got us right in and had us back on the road trip to Yosemite within hours. Friendly, knowledgeable, and full of integrity! We met another customer here who has been coming here for a long time. They say they are the best and THEY ARE!!!

We have had a lot of different things done on our RV over the past few years. Started with a tree jumping out in front of us 🙂 Which is when we found Dustin at California RV specialists and their awesome staff. My husband has said if it wasn’t for this awesome shop we would sell our RV from the bad experiences we had before finding them. We’ve done a new roof, awning, up grades and maintenance over the years. They also have some really cute RV things in their store….love the sheets with little campers on them!

Called to ask if they had a grey water tank cable. She asked me if I wanted a valve I said no I want the cable that goes to the valve. She goes do you want the handle. I said no I just need the cable that goes to the valve. She goes I am trying to help you. I said ok do you stock the cables. She hung up on me. Called anther place in Lodi is said yes we have them in stock so I got them from a competitor. I understand everyone has to learn but if you don’t understand ask or put the person on hold and google it not that complicated.My question was very clear I asked for a push pull cable for the waste water tank. You kept asking me if I wanted the valve or a handle I said no. So for you to have the comeback you did of I should get a hobby is uncalled for in my opinion.After you hung up on me I did call back because I was shocked at the way I was treated. I was calling to hopefully speak with a manager or someone who could help me. I left a VM stating the way I was treated. The same reason I left a review.When I called a competitor they had no problem understanding me and was very helpful.
