One of the male bud tenders can definitely work on his costumer service skills. I called about not being able to open this bag that had no slits on the sides and no tabs to pull on it. Basically just an open-proof bag. I was first told “well I’m looking at all of these other ones, and I can see that they all have them on there” Ok….. so I didn’t say anything to that terrible response to my own personal concern. And then I was asked if I had a knife or scissors to open it and he didn’t really know what to tell me. The employee could definitely use some training in his customer service and do better at assisting his customers, when a concern is brought to you, and it honestly a mistake made on your company’s end… not only should you not be telling a customer about all these other products that seem to have no issues, because that is pretty irrelevant to the concern at hand but at least implies that something is being fabricated. And in conclusion come up with no solutions to your company’s mistake.
